Going from high-energy sightseeing and visiting with old friends in three of the biggest cities in the world in one week to the quiet countryside of Provence is like slamming on the brakes in your head.  A welcome respite after a hectic week for sure.

And, as Monsieur Colton alliterated so well, these are the best days and the rest of our lives are coming at us whether we want to realize it or not.  So here’s to slowing down a bit, taking in some sun,  beautiful scenery, listening to good music and, maybe, having just a little bit of wine.
