Compared to 10 months, leaving the house, friends, responsibilities, etc. for six weeks is all cake and pie.  However, from a packing standpoint, it’s basically the same thing.

You pretty much need every stitch you own.  Okay, we’re not going that far.  We’re still staying in warm places so we’re only packing warm weather clothes and as light as we can.  Still, it’s a lot to pull together and lug around.  The plan is to have it all packed by the time we go to bed tonight and then we can have a bit of a leisurely day tomorrow as we wait to go to the airport to catch our overnight flight to London.

Anyone want to place any odds on how “leisurely” tomorrow is…?
